Guarantee

The package must be signed for at the time of delivery.

If Fedex shows no signature, we will not guarantee your package.

"I was in the shower" or "they did not knock" will not be an acceptable excuse.

Our Guarantee is void If the temperature is below 50 or above 90 degrees.

For those in Hot/Cold areas, we do recommend a hold and call at the local Fedex Facility.

 

Winter/Summer Packing

Winter shipments are sent in special boxes

with heat packs when necessary.

Summer boxes are ventilated.

 

Shipping

We use Fedex 2-day Air

Shipments are sent Monday Tuesday & Wednsday

 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. Sorry no COD's.

 

Claims

Must be called in within 6hrs of receipt.

If your package was not signed for or your temperature

is below 50 or above 90 degrees, we will not be able to honor your claim.

We will only replace a shipment one time

No refunds allowed.
